Himalaya Pineapple (Autumn Coffee) Our seasonal favourite is made from Bourbon cherries using Mauricio's signature natural process. Slowly dried in the shade for almost 30 days, it offers notes of candied apple, almond and dark chocolate, with a rich, rounded sweetness.
Himalaya Maragogype Made from the distinctive, large-bean Maragogype variety, this naturally processed coffee brings a brighter fruit character. Expect juicy cherry, ripe mango and strawberry, followed by a smooth dark chocolate finish.
